Ok, time to start...

Ok, I've been thinking about this blogthing for a while now. And I've had the account for quite some time, so I guess it's about time I get started. The mainreason for getting this was to have a way of lettingfamily and friends to see what I'm up to when I'm in the States. Then I figured I should probably write it in English so I could keep those of you in the States updated on what I'm doing as well. If you're intrested that is... At the moment I'm trying to get everthing done before my trip. It's still a month left before I leave, but there's alot of things that needs to get done. Not to mention vaccinations... That is something I'd prefer not to get, but I guess, better safe than sorry. But how I do hate those needles. Well I'm writing down lists and have some things done at least. I have the first week in August of so I should be able to get some things of the list then. And then I have a couple of days before I leave as well.

Matilda,

I see you posted below me on Zanna's Blog (Suzanne). Now you have a blog...tooo cool.

I did not get to see you a whole lot when you lived with mom, but maybe I will get to see you when you make it back this way. I live 10 miles south of Plainview still.

I hear you can pick out a prize or treat after you get your shots!!!! If they make a comment about your age, tell them you are a "poorbaby" and think you would really like one!!!! They will not know how to respond and will just have to hand over the goodies!!!

Take care and hope to see you soon.

Matilda,

Thanks for making your blog in English....My Swedish is not too good. I think I know one or two words that I can't think of right now.

I posted back to you in the comments section of my blog, but not sure you check that; so here is what I wrote there........

"Matilda,

The lingonberries we use are more like a jam and they come in a jar. We can get them where Chris' parents live if we remember to when we are there. Chris' parents are 7-8 hours away though so we don't go too often.

Thank you for the offer though. I am sure you will be bringing along enough stuff when you come.

Can't wait to see you,

Suzanne"

Carol,

I thought you might enjoy some pictures of what I'm up to and what it looks like over here.

Kim,

I would love to see you when I get to Plainview. I think I've only went to your place once. And that's when Troy and me got stuck out in the country.

Suzanne,

Well, I figured english would be the best since I got this started mostly for Carol. As a way of keeping her updated on what I'm doing and get some pictures posted. I guess we'll have to have some Swedish lessons when I see you... =)

I saw your post at your blog and replied already.
Can't wait to see you all.
